Social humanitarian and cultural issues
This new committee, which is the third of the UN, would enable delegates to have a look at a more human and cultural aspect of politics. Indeed, cultural differences, social scales, languages and many other social hierarchies trigger tensions among peoples. They represent a huge threat to common life and global peace. It is thus important not to undermine these sources of conflicts and find a way to approach solidarity between both countries and people. In Birmania, communities are torn apart due to ethnic minorities. Social and religious differences are the cause of the repetitive violences killing their people everyday.
